Kimwaga, who is originally from Tanga in Northeast Tanzania, studied Human Resource at the Mzumbe University in Morogoro and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Economics from the Institute of Finance Management. Currently in she is doing MBA master at IUEA Uganda. Proven Client Relationship Manager with over seven-plus years of experience in high paced environments. Versatile, reliable and efficient professional with experience working with clients ranging from the individual consumer to small business clients. Ability successfully deepens relationships while meeting and or exceeding established goals, whiles staying within regulatory compliance. Looking to build long-lasting relationships by using my knowledge of finance and customer service. In addition, he finished a one-year program on Financial Corporate Management in Moshi. Before joining our team, he worked at a National Microfinance Bank (NMB), National Bank of Commerce 1997 Limited, Azania Bank Limited and Mkombozi Commercial Bank Plc.

When asked about Kilimo, William said: “When I look at Kilimo in Tanzania I think of health, wealth, Enhance and Protect Environmental Conservation. The way of organic is healthy not only on one level. It starts with soil treatment, continues with water supply, cultivation, environmental Conservation, avoidance of pesticide, way of harvesting, transportation and ends up in the final product for the end consumers.”

As head of Kilimo Tanzania Foundation, Kimwaga oversees the implementation of the organizational strategy and leads the planning process, program development and project implementation. He is responsible for Kilimo Tanzania Foundation’s governance and management systems, as well as overlooking financial and human resources and reporting to the Board, members and donors.
