Gideon Richard Mwangaza is the Project Coordinator manager of KILIMO TANZANIA FOUNDATION(KTF), He is project manager and strategic Marketing Manager who oversees campaign design, development and execution in support and/or communications for specific products and services.

Kilimo Tanzania for Mwangaza is “using natural inputs in agriculture to end poverty.”

As coordinator, Gideon organizes KTF members and implements project activities. In facilitating trainings on agriculture production and Internal Quality Management System (IQMS). He also assists producers to process organic certification as well as providing technical advice to organizational members and other stakeholders on best practice production and marketing.
